Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange an item.

  Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the functional and aesthetic integrity of our hard-wearing goods is protected during transit.

  Dispatch

  Send the parcel back to our London warehouse using a tracked postal service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange item within 5 working days.
